Surveying the Red Apple

Staff photo by Rob Swystun -- Eric Peterson, with Barnes and Duncan of Winnipeg, uses a survey point at the corner of Saskatchewan Avenue E. and Second Street N.E. in Portage la Prairie Thursday to survey the old Red Apple building. Peterson's co-worker said he wasn't sure why the building was being surveyed.
