The Plumas United Church Women (UCW) met on May 20 following a general cleanup and planting of the flower bed. Thanks were expressed to all who helped to make the spring tea and bake sale a success, and to the provider of the flowers for the beds. Correspondence included: an invitation from Ross Brook House to attend a powwow on May 27; a request from the Community Garden Committee, regarding maintenance July 18-24; and a request from Plan for the UCW’s donation for its foster child Zanety
